Jeni J’s Unique Gifts began in November 2003 at the old Mineral Springs Hotel in Alton, Illinois. In June 2005, Nancy Jo Wilson purchased the present complex of buildings in Grafton which are listed on the National Register for Historic Places. The boutique gift/wine shop features several lines of women’s clothes, Tyler candles, jewelry, STL Cardinals merchandise, fine wine, beer, and snacks (operating as Grafton IceHouse Winery).

The guest cottages underwent a complete remodeling (in September 2005) including new plumbing, electrical, central air and heat systems, walls and floors, while attempting to preserve the original charm of the historic buildings. 

We invite you to come join us for a day or two of relaxation and shopping, away from it all, yet close to everything.
